Mohsen Ghoreishi founded the Kohan Group October 18, 2002. Moshen attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, graduating with his Masters of Architecture in Urban Design & Planning and prior to that he earned his Bachelor of Architecture from University Of North Carolina at Charlotte. Professionally, Moshen has 18 years experience in the architectural field. While possessing remarkable insight in many sectors, his current concentration is in local government, healthcare, commercial and critical facilities. Having exceptional communication and problem solving skills, he has successfully completed countless projects. From project planning, to execution and delivery, he applies his extensive knowledge, insight and organizational abilities. Holding high ethical and professional standards, Moshen has proven talents and dedication to his career. Some key accomplishments include: Facilitating recruitment/expansion of consultancy projects. Facilitate redevelopment of abandoned properties into vibrant commercial and Public developments by influencing investors, pubic leaders and private sectors with site possibilities. Assisted in the preparation, review and presentation of the County Government capital project planning and budget. Served as chair of executive management team; assisting in the management, policy development, and fiscal responsibilities of the organization. |
