Responsibilities have included coordination and management of construction documents for several types of institutional projects as well as the administration of multiple high security defense projects. Management of multiple consultants in the creation of construction documents for facilities with 1M to 200M construction budgets, including hospitals, public/private schools, hotels, mixed-use developments and multifamily developments. Construction administration has been provided for personal care homes, commercial buildings, school, hospitals, residential and mixed-use developments.
