While working with client representatives, the Kohan, Inc. team provides the basic construction support stipulated in the AIA (American institute of Architects) documents. Throughout construction, the essential role of the consultant is to assure strict compliance with the contract documents. A task breakdown will include:

• Review of and action on shop drawing submittals
• Provide interpretations of the construction documents
• Respond to RFI’s (requests for information) from the contractor
• Review change order requests
• Conduct an on-site seminar relative to design intent
• Conduct periodic site visits to review construction
• Attend conducted project meetings
• Assist user in obtaining training from equipment suppliers
• Prepare punch list
• Close out – final inspection and follow through
